RETURNS
All sales are final on discontinued, closeout and non-manufacturer defected merchandise. Having said that, we will make every effort to correct any issues you may encounter relative to your purchase. Please do not return any items unless you have received a RMA(Returned Merchandise Authorization) from GMan Industries, Ltd.
No returns will be accepted after sixty (60) days unless authorized. Merchandise is not returnable once installed or used, must have original packaging intact and be in new condition.
Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within ten (10) days of the shipping date. All returns must be shipped prepaid (no CODs accepted). If GMI is at fault, return shipping will be reimbursed based on the standard shipping rate that was charged to ship the package to you. Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment. Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns are subject to refusal or a 25% restocking fee at the option of GMI.
SHIPPING CONCERNS
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping and are certified in good condition. If you note any damages to your order when it arrives please contact us immediately. It is a harder to work a resolution if you received your order awhile ago and are just now opening the package to discover an issue. Having noted that, we will do our best to make sure your shipping issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

We at GMan Industries, Ltd., promise never to share, sell, loan, forward or otherwise release any of your personal information, including history on your purchases from GMI, to anyone, at anytime, ever. This is our privacy guarantee to you!
PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice. Website product & shipping prices at time of order will be honored unless the result of a programming glitch or website error. You will be given the option to complete your order at the corrected price or cancel and owe nothing.
Orders placed up to 7 days prior to sale will be eligible for sale pricing. Sale pricing will NOT be honored for orders placed beyond those 7 days.

GMan Industries products are designed and sold with the intent of being used for off road and/or racing applications only and are not intended for street use. GMan Industries is not responsible for local, state or national laws and/or regulations governing their usage. Your specific choice of use and application of our products is your sole responsibility. Furthermore you agree to hold harmless GMan Industries, its owners and employees.
GMAN INDUSTRIES WARRANTY
GMan Industries, Ltd. warrants our products from defect in materials and workmanship, to the original owner, for a period of 2 yrs from the date of original purchase.
If for any reason one of our products fails to continue performing in the original manner it was designed, contact us via email or phone, describe your observations and concerns and we will either repair, replace, provide replacement parts or otherwise make sure your product is back in proper working order, at our own discretion. Any order beyond the 60-day return policy will not be eligible for a refund.
There are a couple exceptions and details to this warranty that are important to note. Draggers, Apparel, Oil & Oil Filters, K&N Maintenance Kits, do not carry a warranty except that they are shipped in good working order. CarbWorks repairs and rejets are guaranteed but do not include normal wear and tear that comes with usage. Warranty does not include shipping/handling costs which will be charged at the same rate as per our website. |
