GMAN INDUSTRIES 2-YEAR WARRANTY

GMan Industries, Ltd. warrants All GMan Manufactured products from defect in materials and workmanship, to the original owner, for 2 yrs from the date of purchase, whether put in use during, all or part of that time. Additionally, the warranty reflects 100% of the original purchase cost, no shipping, for the first 12 months after which time it is pro-rated starting at 50% then to continue to reduce for the second 12 month period. All other products are subject to each specific manufacturers warranty, terms, conditions and procedures for those specific items. If one of our products fails to perform in the manner in which it was designed/advertised contact us with the details and we will work with you to correct the issue, either by recommending a possible repair, replacement, or provide additional parts to make sure your GMan product is in proper working order per our discretion, based on customer information provided at that time. GMan Industries will not pay for 3rd party repairs, towing, damage, injury, road side assistance or related expenses from a perceived performance failure of one of our products. All Warranty Claims and Repairs must be performed by GMan Industries, Ltd., with no exceptions. Any and all orders received after the 60-day return policy, based on date of original order shipment will not be eligible for a refund or warranty.

There are certain exceptions to the warranty that are important to note. Draggers, Apparel, Oil & Oil Filters, K&N Maintenance Kits and other consumable products do not carry a warranty except that they are shipped in good working order. CarbWorks repairs and rejets are warrantied by GMan Industries and do not include normal wear and tear that comes from usage of the same. The Needle Jet portion is guaranteed for the life of the bike to the original owner/purchaser and is non-transferrable, nor will any 3rd party work be authorized on carburetors. Any third party work performed, no matter how small on the warrantied carburetors will void all Carb warranties, no exceptions. Warranty does not include cleaning/shipping/handling costs which will be charged at the standard current rate for same item per our website.

RETURNS

All sales are final on discontinued, special order, closeout and non-manufacturer defected merchandise. We will, however, make every effort to correct any issues you may encounter with your purchase, as our goal is for a happy/satisfied customer. Please do not return any item unless first requesting and receiving an RMA(Returned Merchandise Authorization) from GMan Industries, Ltd. in writing.

No returns will be accepted after sixty (60) days unless pre-authorized and arrive with an approved RMA #. Merchandise is not returnable once installed or used and must be returned in its original packaging including all parts and assembly pieces and in like new condition to be considered for a refund of any kind.

Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within ten (10) days of the shipping date. All returns must be shipped prepaid (no CODs accepted) to GMan Industries, Ltd. 18530 SE 145th St Renton, Washington 98059. If GMan Industries, Ltd (GMI) is at fault, return shipping will be reimbursed based on the standard shipping rate for that item per our website. Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment. Authorized returns are subject to a 20%(Twenty Percent) restocking fee based on condition. Unauthorized returns are subject to refusal or a minimum 30%(Thirty Percent) restocking fee at the sole discretion of GMI.

SHIPPING DETAILS

All orders typically ship as noted in the time frames detailed with each product description, if placed during normal business hours prior to 12:00 noon Pacific Coast Time. If an item becomes back ordered, for any reason, an email will be sent to the customer stating the same and advising as to the most updated estimated availability date. All GMan orders are carefully inspected, packaged and certified in good and new condition prior to shipping. If you experience damage to your order contact us within 24hrs so we can work towards a resolution with the transportation company to rectify the matter. We will do our best to make sure your concerns are handled in a timely and professional manner.

PRIVACY

We at GMan Industries, Ltd., promise never to share, sell, loan, forward or otherwise release any of our customers personal information, including purchase history, name, address, phone number to anyone, at anytime, ever. This is our GMan Industries privacy guarantee to you!

PRICING

All GMan Industries prices are subject to change without notice. Website product & shipping prices at time of order will be honored unless there is a discrepancy resulting from a programming glitch or website error at which time our customer will be given the option to complete the order at the corrected price or cancel and owe nothing. Al International Orders Shipping charges are subject to change without notice due to their ever changing nature and pricing structure.

Orders placed up to 24hrs prior to a sale will be eligible for sale pricing if asked for in writing. Sale pricing will NOT be extended beyond that 24hr window. Once a sale has ended there will not be post sale pricing granted, please don't ask. The sale time frames are final and will not be modified.

GMan Industries is not responsible for local, state or federal laws and/or regulations governing their purchase, application and/or use. When purchasing any product from GMan Industries or one of our distributors the customer is assuming full personal responsibility for its proper installation, application, use including conformity to all laws and/or regulations pertaining to the same in any jurisdiction it may venture into.
